You enter the accommodation from the long patio area, to the front of the cottage, into the tiled and glazed reception hall. To your left is the full and well equipped kitchen with all the essentials that you will require for your stay.
The kitchen opens to a dining and lounge area, with a log burning stove being the focal point, and the vaulted, beamed, trussed ceiling adding to its charm.
Also on the ground floor is a good sized bedroom with two single beds that can be linked together on request to make a large double bed. There is also, on the ground floor, a wet room containing a shower, toilet, wash-basin and electric shaver point. This feature of ground floor bedroom and wet room is ideal for someone with reduced mobility.
The stairs lead to the first floor which has a second, good sized, bedroom on the right. This has a double bed, exposed king post truss, oak flooring and its own en-suite bathroom, with bath and shower over, toilet, handbasin and electric shaver point.Also on this floor is a small room with a sofa-bed. This room is more suited to a child’s room or can be used for occasional use as a small sitting room or study. It has its own television.
There
are two areas for sitting out, the front paved patio area, and a paddock area to the west.
